Door Sequencer

Data

Supply tension 4.0 V. .7.0 V
Current consumption < 10 mA
Measurements 50 x39x15 mm L/B/H
Weight 27 g

Features:

This new door sequencer has following qualities:
No V-Cables necessary.
Slight programming with help of 2 push buttons and a coding switch.
Switching point adjustable, by which multiple uses on one channel are possible.
All four outputs (Gear, 3 Doors)are separately adjustable over the whole servo travel range.
Delay time from opening doors and delivering undercarriage adjustable up to 3 sec.
Delay time of closing doors adjustable up to 13 sec.
Saves last switch position of transmitter.
Three modes of operation:
Mode 1:
Gear doors open up, undercarriage out, doors close.
Gear doors open up, undercarriage in, doors close.
Mode 2:
Gear doors open up, undercarriage out, Gear doors stay open.
Undercarriage in, Gear doors close.
Mode 3
Gear doors open up, undercarriage out, 2 doors close, 1 door stays open.
2 doors open up, undercarriage in, 3 doors close.

Brake Valve

Data

Supply voltage 3,5V..7.5V
Current consumption 100mA bei 5V
Pressure range 0 – 10 Bar
Measurements 28x16x28 mm L/B/H
Weight 23 g
Connection: 3mm fast connectors (4mm possible if wanted)

Features:

Toggle mode of operation:
• Hold button pressed.
• Turn receiver on.
• Release button.
Adjusting switching point or travel of braking range:
• Switch on transmitter/receiver.
• Transmitter function to undercarriage "OUT" or brake gOPENh.
• Push button 1 x and wait 2 seconds.
• Transmitter function to undercarriage "IN" or brake gCLOSEDh.
• Push button 2 x and wait 2 seconds.
• Check function.
Prerequisite for the following steps is the filling of the system with compressed air and the
check of the tightness.
Adjusting minimal brake point:
• Move transmitters function so far, till the brakes just start working.
• Push button 3 x and wait 2 seconds.
• Check function.
Adjusting maximal brake point:
• Move transmitters function so far, till the brakes are nearly at the 100% braking point.
• Push button 4 x and wait 2 seconds.
• Check function.
To change any tougght in point, a deletion must be carried out:
• Push button 5 x and wait 2 seconds.
• Repeat all steps above.
The so taught in points remain saved also after turning the receiver power supply off.

Door Valve

Data

Supply voltage 3,5V..7.5V
Current consumption 100mA bei 5V
Pressure range 0 – 10 Bar
Measurements 34x28x29 mm L/B/H
Weight 55 g
Connection: 3mm fast connectors (4mm possible if wanted)

Features:

This valve is attached directly to the receiver to control undercarriages with double acting cylinders.
It replaces the mechanical valve AND the servo plus linkage:
• The bottom measurements without connections aren't greater than a usual mechanical valve
(L = 34 mm, B = 28 mm) in which the room is dropped for servo and linkage. The height is 29
mm.
• The connections consist of high-quality metal fast connections for tubes with 3 mm of outside
diameter.
• The speed of delivering in and out of the undercarriage can be throttled. This happens by using
restrictors which are attached at output 3.
• In the off condition both valves are closed while only one of the valves is open when
operating, dependently on the position of the transmitter function.
• The remember function prevents that the undercarriage unintentionally works, if the
transmitter function should be in a other position as on shutdown.
• The current consumption of 100 mA at 5 volts is by 50% lower than at the usual 1 watt valves.
• Viton sealings make the valve insensitive toward most oil sorts.
• The air throughput is around 40% higher and therefore very well suitable also for big
undercarriages.
Adjusting the switching point is rather simple:
1. Switch on transmitter/receiver.
2. Transmitter function to undercarriage "IN".
3. Press button of the valve which has to be gONh to deliver undercarriage. (this is dependent on
the connections to the undercarriage cylinders)
4. Transmitter function on undercarriage "OUT".
5. Press other button and wait 2 seconds.
The learned switching points remain saved also after turning the receiver power off.
